Due to the high demand of the cups, THIS LISTING IS MADE TO ORDER ONLY. There could be a 10 business days possible processing time before it can ship to you! Please do not order if you do not want to wait that long, i will not process refunds if they are in the given time frame. By purchasing you agree to that! Orders will be processed as they are received through the shop, and i will do my best to get them done asap! So if you are sending in your personal cup please keep that in mind. 

These are brand new laser engraved tumblers with a handle, straw, and lid. THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER. This is not a sticker, it is laser engraved, and will last the life of the cup.

Please make sure you pay attention to the color you choose to order. NO refunds or returns because of color change.

It is recommended to hand wash tumblers, including lids and straws. We do not take returns for lids that don't line up in a particular direction or any other preference.

How it works:
1. Send us your cup with your order number written down and put inside the cup. Please remove lid, straw, and handle before sending in. 
**Please make sure that packaging is secure as we will not be responsible for any damage as it comes to us.

2. Once we receive the cup we will engrave with the design

3. We will ship back to you.

***You are responsible for shipping to us. We will NOT send you a label.

We will message you with our mailing address after payment is received.

Please do not send in any special editions, as errors do occur with lasers. Only 40oz Stanleys can be sent in currently until we can figure out why errors keep happening on other sizes.
