Returns

Our products are custom made for every order we receive. We uphold sanitation of drinkware very seriously and because of this, we are unable to allow returns on any drinkware product.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if it fails to meet your expectations for any reason concerning quality of our products, or if there is an error with your order, we will address correcting the issue accordingly within 3 days of the delivery of the item. 

If your order arrives damaged, or you think it is lost, please reach out to us within 6 days of delivery/shipping notification so that we may file a claim through usps.
